Coconut Pomegranate Mojito

This mocktail can be used as a homemade sports drink as coconut water is said to be the best natural sports drink and pomegranate helps to improve stamina.

Servings: 2 Persons

Ingredients

  • Fresh mint leaves: 1/4 cup
  • Pomegranate juice: Made from 3 medium size pomegranate
  • Coconut water: 1 coconut
  • Lime, juiced: 1 No.
  • Ginger juice: 1 Tsp
  • Soaked Chia Seed: 1 Tsp
  • Water: 150 ml

Method

  • Mix the lime juice and mint in a bowl and put it in the glass
  • Add pomegranate juice in the glass
  • Pour coconut water from the top very slowly.
  • Add the soaked chia seed.
  • Finish with adding the ginger juice and water.
