This mocktail can be used as a homemade sports drink as coconut water is said to be the best natural sports drink and pomegranate helps to improve stamina.

Ingredients
- Fresh mint leaves: 1/4 cup
- Pomegranate juice: Made from 3 medium size pomegranate
- Coconut water: 1 coconut
- Lime, juiced: 1 No.
- Ginger juice: 1 Tsp
- Soaked Chia Seed: 1 Tsp
- Water: 150 ml
Method
- Mix the lime juice and mint in a bowl and put it in the glass
- Add pomegranate juice in the glass
- Pour coconut water from the top very slowly.
- Add the soaked chia seed.
- Finish with adding the ginger juice and water.
